First I couldn't get the cord in the hole. Waited 3 days for someone else to do it for me. He finally got it in. So I charged it. Then used it once, and it had to be recharged before I could use it again. Unfortunately, all the lights didn't blink, so it must have stopped working. Also, how do we know it's cleansing the water. There's no way to test it. Just take their word for it?

I get many refills on one charge . Other than a lab test I have no idea if it’s really killing germs . But I feel good & water stays cool & is delicious .

I LOVED the bottle, until I accidentally filled it a bit much as water got into the lid and it quit working. The seal to protect the light needs to be sturdier.Fix that and it'll be great with less returns/refunds.

This is alright for clean water, but, you have to use both hands to open the screwed on lid.

I would not recommend this item there is no customer service number to follow up with and the battery in the lid will not recharge. So the ither two that were intended for Christmas presents I am afraid will not be reliable.

For the price and amount of water this bottle holds I'm impressed!Even though it says it cleanses itself I would suggest to still rinse the bottle one a week.

The disinfecting part stopped working within a week. It no longer works. Very disappointing.
