I wish I would have realized how great this was years ago! Nothing sticks. NOTHING!! Not even cheese. I often use it to reheat pizza, fried foods, etc. So easy to use. Stays flat, doesn't burn. Sometimes I cut a sheet into smaller pieces if I don't need the whole piece just so I don't waste anything. I also like that it's all natural, something I always aim for. Great seller.

For baking; flash freezing; prepping; and storing, this parchment is my go to in the kitchen. Reasonably priced and easy to use.

These are great - this is my second order of them - I am truly bummed by the packaging of them though. I specifically ordered these because they came last time in a great big zip lock bag that kept them contained and easily within reach. They came in a crappy cellophane package this time that tore right off the bat leaving these strewn everywhere. I won't buy them again if they don't change the packaging back to the zip lock.
