What a huge BEAST!! I been running 7550 watts Generac generator past few years, only issues I faced was not able run AC, Dryer what runs 220 volts. We able to cook on stove with only 2 burners. My Golly, this beast is something! Being heavy equipment mechanic, this thing not as loud as my 7550 Generac. I was able do ANYTHING in my home even 5 tons AC. The positive thing it contains breakers on each plugs., lots of plugs to run cords to my shop nearby. Moving it not bad with the solid wheels, weights 680 lbs. loaded with gas and oil. I added rack on top hold my cords and such. Starting this thing really different. Like a robot self start once button was pushed. I put synthetic oil in it instead using factory as I live in cold climate and stat any temperature. This thing runs GREAT!! I put it together was a breeze as I didn’t read the instructions, I just knew what I’m doing. I was lucky enough to own a cherry picker to get it off the pallet. I know some customers not prepare for that. Lol. I was, knew gonna be heavy. Love the frame around it. Xcel energy was so pissed I was prepared to have power when they don’t want me not having power. We people should always be prepared. I’m happy to have this BEAST!! 20k running watts is just more than I need. Those who curious, my house 3,300 square foot.

This generator showed up on time. Was easy to put together and runs my welder very well.

If I could rate this with 0 stars or even negative stars- I would! I received this brand new Westinghouse generator on July 14, 2023. I spent $3600 for it. I followed ALL the directions in the start up manual step by step. It ran great for the first hour - now it won’t stay running. I followed all of the troubleshooting steps in their manual and all of the YouTube troubleshooting videos but still had the same results- it will not stay running. I called the 877 number and was given a case number #SC209026-“Generator” . That was a week or more ago. No response. I placed another call in the middle of this week and the recording said I was number four in the que. I never did get to speak to a representative. If I had known that this would be the case, I wouldn’t have spent my hard-earned money on their product or with their company. To say I am disgusted is an understatement. It would be nice if someone would get back to me concerning this. Until then- buyer beware.

Solid machine. Purchased it after Helene. Love the large fuel tank and extended handles to wheel it around. This unit is well built. It is a little noisy but i can give that a pass as it is 28000 watts and 999cc engine. I would buy it again in a minute.It has one oddity. It comes with a remote FOB to start it. Its a great idea but you cant use it unless the battery switch is already on, the fuel switch is on and whatever you want it to power is already connected. The only bad part for me is that I plug it in to my house panel and i dont use ut except when the power goes out. So the fuel can go bad in the carb and the battery to start it could go bad.But to me that doesnt matter much. The ease of start, the 17 gallon gas tank, the power it provides (2 - 50 amp 220volt, and multiple 120v outlets), and the ease to roll around such a heavy machinemakes it a perfect machine for me.

This generator is all I wished for! I did not want to spend 14,000 dollars for a Generac, but I needed something that could actually light up the house, including AC units, Pool and Freezers for a week whenever the next hurricane comes. This is it. Huge power but still portable and at a 30% the cost of a generac. It is even more powerful than the Generac. It starts and stops super easy from the inside with a remote, it holds 17 gallons of gas so I don't have to run to the gas station every two days. Also the Customer Service has been amazing. The battery was damaged on delivery, they replied super fast and sent a replacement at no cost and was super easy to ask for it, no hassle. This is a good company. So far I've had it on to test for a couple of hours and it is great, the noise is not bad at all, It makes the same noise a small one would make.

The product worked right away and was quickly cranking out 18000 watts for our house. I really like the electric start and the battery was full when it arrived as well. I installed to 50A inlets and connected them to the 50A outlets through a Generator cord. Works great--just make sure you get a good cord (NEMA, etc.)The unit, like most other large generators is loud, but we've been able to find a good spot for it where a some fencing blocks most of the noise from the main house.Beyond that, it IS very heavy. I can wheel it around on level ground in the grass but not up any sort of hill. I eventually used a very small winch to get it up a hill where we needed it to go. I was able to unbox it and set-it up without an other help.The best thing I like about this is the value. It lets me do whole house power, reliably, with dual fuel for less than $4000. As long as you're willing to do a little work for yourself in set-up, I think it's a great deal versus an installed whole home generator. I also like the flexibility of the dual fuel. I am planning on using propane as much as possible, but it's nice to know that I can switch to gas in an extended outage, assuming I can drive out to the gas station and/or keep enough gas around.Overall very satisfied.
