I purchased these boxes in May and have used them four days a week ever since. I really like them, they are the perfect size for carrying my lunch each day and the containers themselves are very durable. Recently the hinge on one of the covers has started to crack. I have never put them in the freezer, never over filled them, and have always hand washed the covers. I contacted the company but they are not responding. I will have to find something else to replace these with.

I was hoping for something to keep lunch which is warmed up at home in the morning at least moderately warm by lunch time. My son says that is not the case. It's a nice product anyway. The progression of sizes is nice to be able to choose just the right size for what I'm storing. Clean up is easy - no lingering smells or stains. I can't speak to durability as we haven't had them long enough.

I like the whole set the stainless steel wear is perfect for my hotlogic mini for my hot lunch heats up quick and stays hot. The only thing that I don't like is that and this just might be my set but now after 2 months of use the lid on the bigger one doesn't seal all the way and sometimes it leaks.

I like the idea these containers are stainless steel because there is no concerns about using plastic. Only problem is they're to small to store much food and of course you still have to transfer food that needs to be heated into another microwave safe container. I probably wouldn't order again or order any more since they are very small and can't hold much food.

I ordered the 3 pack, which are great sizes for taking food to work, because my glass containers were just getting a little too heavy to carry back & forth. The middle sized lid came with a tagging red arrow on the side that wouldn't clip shut. I contacted Jacebox regarding the issue & a few days later had a new full set of working lids. Have been using them every day, mostly dryish ingredients, though my chunked pineapple didn't leak any juice. Love the clear tops - that's key - their lightweightedness. Will probably buy more as my glass containers break. Thanks for the excellent customer service & eco friendly products!

These were perfect for my 2nd grader boy, I prepared him lunch every day, these containers are excellent, fit good in pottery barn lunch bag "Dual pack ", I didn't give 5, because it doesn't keep warm food ( but it weren't mentioned either) but excellent leak proof, resistant, easy to open/close to my son and easy clean it, too.

Updated: I still like these, but I think the square ones are better. The lids of the rectangular ones don't seem to stay shut. One side always pops open. I got a replacement set of lids and the same thing happens. So far the square version seems to stay closed better. I've used these for a few years now and the lids are still in good shape.I love using these sturdy stainless containers as I never worry about breaking or leaching plastic into my food. I use these in my Hot Logic, store leftovers and have even used the small ones in my instant pot (not the lids) they are nice thick stainless, definitely a quality product. I have the square set, and the extra large containers too.This set though, my medium lid is wonky and doesn’t close. I’ve been too lazy to contact the manufacturer so my fault since they did say they will replace faulty lids. I have about 9 of these brand containers and it’s only this one lid that’s bad. (Maybe one of the square lids too, but not as bad as this one...)

I’m happy with my purchase. They are made of good material and cute for my kids lunch box.
