I've had cordyceps mushroom powder supplements in capsules before. But not one with added ingredients, one of which is Vitamin K. Because this Vitamin can thin the blood, it can cause longer bleeds. I used to take Vitamin D with Vitamin K and I would get nosebleeds more often than from not taking Vit K. So, it's a good idea to go with just 1 capsule a day of this product instead of the recommended 2. Other than this warning, cordyceps is an immunity promoting supplement and can also be a nootropic. But it takes time to notice the results as they develop gradually.

I try to use natural health products whenever possible. I needed help with brain focus & energy, this supplement offered a remedy for that so I decided to give it a try. I get the mid-morning slumps. A few hrs after waking, I get sleepy & could crawl back in bed if the opportunity was there, but it's not. I can't drink coffee b/c it upsets my stomach & it also gives me the jitters, which are very unpleasant. The serving suggestion is 2 capsules, I decided to take just 1 to start the other morning when I was in need of a boost. They're easy to swallow caps w/no odor, flavor or aftertaste. Within abt 15- 20 minutes I noticed a definite improvement in my energy level. I no longer had the heavy eyelid feeling or foggy brain. I'd gotten a nice little energy boost, but without jitters & also my "brain fog" was gone. This lasted for about 5 hours, which was great! I took another does the next morning with similar, positive results. Now it's been 6 days and I'm happy to report that each day that I've taken this it's given me that nudge that I need when I'm felling sleepy, to get going & get things done. Just as importantly, it has not affected my sleep, which I sometimes have a problem with. I ordered this supplement because of all good quality ingredients in it. It really gives me energy that other supplements do not; even though they claim to do so. Cordyceps is a highly sought after ingredient (in my opinion); because it does support the immune system very well.It increases your blood flow, and give you that boost of energy that we so desperately need throughout our day. But at the same time...it's not like a caffeine fix; that gives you jitters so badly that you're bouncing off the walls all night long.It also includes Vitamin D which is amazing for bone health. I take vitamin D3 on a regular basis. So to be able to get some form of Vitamin D added to this supplement is a plus for me.Even though it is almost $46 for a month's supply, it's well worth the price where your health is concerned. Right now...because of my budget, in all honesty... I'm only taking one tablet a day; so this will last me 2 months instead of one. My budget just can't handle $46 every month.However, even with one capsule... I'm seeing an amazing difference in how I feel, and go about my day.

Pretty cool mushroom! Great for the immune system but also really good for energy. Take maybe a week or two, at least for me, to really feel the benefit of taking it but once I do I do notice it mainly in my energy levels.

These capsules are vegetarian . They are easy to swallow. The label says it may be taken with or without food. I have been taking one per day between meals on an empty stomach and its fine, no adverse reaction.This supplement contains 700mg of cordyceps sinensis extract and 300 mg of fucoidan extract,plus 25mcg of vitamin D. Three immensely valuable and healing substances. I have fucoidan for a few years now because of its anti-cancer and immunomodulatory activities . I have taken cordyceps in the past for the same reasons. I can’t really say that they make me feel any different . I take them because of the literally thousand of studies that have been done that have established their value in human health.
