This lumbar back support works great. It is a great product. I have a bad back and I'm 6'2" 300 pounds and it supports my back nicely when I lean on it and gives some relief. I like the wooden bead rollers because it keeps my back cool. I used to have a roller bead car seat that I used in my truck, it keept my butt and back cool too.Sreenivas Amisagadda that made the negative video is trying to attach this lumbar support the wrong way.The two verticle straps that he is trying to tie over the top and bottom of his chair are not meant to do that. They are the adjusters for the lumbar. You tighten them or loosen them to adjust the amount the lumbar support sticks out. They are not meant to wrap around the back of the chair. ONLY The horizontal strap wraps around the back of the chair to hold the lumbar support to the chair. That's it. LoL.The smaller strap that's lower down in my picture is for another cushion that I have. The wider strap that has the plastic snap together clips is for this support.It's a great back support. Fine product. I'm going to give the other one to my elderly father who will appreciate it too.5 stars.

First, I love that they came in a set because they work so well that I keep one at home and one at work. It has really helped decrease the pain I feel after sitting at a desk all day. Excellent back support!
