Yes, the material is quite thin, but that also means they breathe. My hubby’s biggest concern is that they have elastic waist. He has NO hips, so pants and shorts fall down ever so easily. He refuses to wear suspenders, hence the need for elastic. These are great.

These shorts are of terrible quality. I put my wallet in the back pocket and the pocket separated from the shorts as if made of Velcro. I tried to button one pair and the button was far too big for the buttonhole. A total ripoff and Amazon should be ashamed to offer these online.

Recommend wearing something underneath as the fabric is sheer for summer breezes. Comfortable.

Bought these for my son but did not like the quality of the fabric or the construction. Fabric is too thin and they had cuffs but they weren’t sewn well.
