I thought I'd be able to fit maybe two or three little pills in this case, but it's a little larger than I thought. Actually, six capsules fit inside, if you wiggle them around a bit so they fall nicely together. The keyring it comes with though, slid off within a day or two, almost causing me to lose my meds, so I'd recommend getting a stronger keyring. Still really glad I got this!

First, this pill fob is remarkably light for the size. It's so light in fact that it seems like it would be easy to crush, but I certainly can't do it with my hands (I tried), and it's stood up to rough treatment on my keychain. The gasket also works well, it is genuinely water proof. The machining quality is actually quite good for the price. The overall quality is not nearly as high as my Cielo pill fob, but the price is a lot lower and this one is also lighter for the carrying capacity. I've had a lot of pill fobs (I have 4 on my keychain now, although 2 hold other items), and I can say that given the low price, overall this one is a nice bargain.As for capacity, this fob is quite decent. Being prone to cellulitis, I carry antibiotics with me at all times so I can start them at the first sign of a relapse. This fob holds 6 500mg penicillin tablets, enough to get me through the first day. Alternatively, it's large enough to carry a large number of Benadryl or Imodium.

Just so you all know, the image is a bit deceiving, you may think it is much smaller than it actually is. It will be longer than your standard house key and the diameter is between a dime and a nickel. However, if you can get past this and it isn't too bulky it works great. There is a rubber o-ring to keep the seal tight (watch out so it doesn't fall off, happened to me but I saw it hit the floor). The reason why I think it is great is that the size suits me well for the size of pills I need to carry with me, it is durable and normal use will see it last 10's of years and despite the large case the pills if they jangle around in there only may slightly small dull, low tone pings. After initially seeing this I thought it was going to be loud and signal to everyone, "hey this guy is carrying pills around with him, look at that," but this wasn't the case. So definitely a good buy overall even if a bit pricier than the alternatives. Oh, and yes made in China of course.

This is a very useful product. Just make sure to keep it sealed back on and just one pill per kind. This is my 3rd purchase of one of these and if you open it to get an ER pill out and are out it very easy for the bottom to fall out if it is not put back on 100%. This wouldn't be a big deal if you only used it at home where you could find the bottom and any medication. But it is a much bigger problem when out in public you might not hear it hit the floor or chair. If they would fix that problem then this product would be great.

I use this frequently to take medication if I'm away from home. Anyone concerned with the amount of pills it can fit...at a guess, I would say 4 fish oil pills and 6 Folic Acid 400 mcg pills. I take a variety of prescription medication and two of them are about the size of a fish oil pill; those two take up the bottom half but there is room on the sides. I have another that is about the size of an Extra Strength Tums pill; I take two. Then another two that are about half the size of an Aspirin. I also take 3 vitamins; they're relatively small.Those fit snugly in the canister; they barely fit below the twisty part where the lid screws on.

I have several medical conditions that require taking daily pills. Unfortunately, with six children, some times I forget to take my medicine in the mornings and typically I realize it driving to work. I now just keep a days worth of medicine in the container and if I forget, I have exactly what I need.The only potential problem is it gets jostled around a lot, so the pills can start to turn into dust. A little cotton can easily address that situation.

Happy that I purchased this. I needed something to bring anxiety pills along with me. It was a good way to carry a supply in the case where I needed them. I like the stainless steel look, and it goes well on my keychain.

The compartment is fine and is a good idea. The ring however is very thin and flimsy. I wanted to replace it with a sturdier one, but the hole is too small.
