I had always wanted to try kimchi. I was hesitatant, when I read how fishy and spicy sounding it was. I was like hmmm, I have to think about that... I researched if there was a lighter, less spicy tasting version. So happy when I saw this. It is fresh, crunchy, just the right amount of pickling to it. Nit fishy or spicy at all. I love it!! Very glad I took a chance and gave this brand a whirl. If you want to try kimchi for a first time, definitely give this brand a shot. Well worth it.

This kimchee is completely white. I don't know how they do it. It comes cold, and it's half of a cabbage. The flavor is unlike traditional kimchee as it does not have red pepper. So it's mostly a garlic flavor and a bit more mild. It is very crunchy, very fresh, and refreshing. It's amazing. I will buy it again. I have no idea how they avoid having any green leaves in this product but I admire it.

Container swelled almost to explode. N was hot not cold nor warm.Not sure should eat it.

better than at local stores, makes an easy lunch, goes well with ramen, we order this monthly.
