I bought my first MO Iconic Racer back in 1980.I've had several since then. Including a rare black faux leather, MJ style circa 1985.Today I retired my last worn and tattered 1987 Iconic Racer when I received my new one (2022), purchased here on Amazon.Although I'm not one to disparage US products produced in other countries - I shouldn't have been surprised to see the inside label marked 'Made In China'.After inspecting the garment/jacket for any defects, dye or poor tailoring - I found none that were obvious.It was time to try it on.I had ordered a small since I prefer a more form fitting, slim and tailored appearance congruous to my frame. The fit was perfect. Looks great. The fabric feels comparable if not the same as my'87 IR. The zipper IS on the correct side (for MEN).**The only thing I will say that was a little disappointing; is that all of the pockets weren't as deep as the original and shallow by as much as 1.5". This is very important and bears noting.I am an 80s' guy and I always felt it was important that a jacket of this style and length, should never fall below the waistline. Preferably just above the belt buckle. This jacket did just that!I have a faux leather MO jacket I also purchased here on Amazon from a different seller about a year ago. The faux leather (small), fits more like a medium. Although I do like it; however, it is a bit long in the waist and sits just below the belt line and doesn't feel/appear as form fitting as this Iconic.I'll be purchasing a second Iconic Racer from this current seller as a backup.

This jacket is awesome! The only comment I have other than that is that you may want to go up a size. I initially ordered an XL and it was too tight, especially in the shoulders. I went up to an XXL and it fits great!

Very nice jacket, bought one of these jacket over 20years ago. This jacket is very durable.

I still have this exact same jacket color and all at a large size (1995) However in 2023 Even though the large still fits me,it's only from years of use and stretching. Now I am a XXL Everything about this jacket matches the one I still have from 1995.Exceptions: It is now 65% Polyester/35% Cotton; where it used to be 60% Cotton/40% Polyester, that does make a difference, but it is something I am not surprised about, and can live with, as it still looks and fits me great! The outside style has not changed one iota. The sizing can be a challenge depending on which country it's made in. Mine was made in India.

Great jacket. Very well made. I've always wanted one of these in light gray and I finally took a dive on it. I had a friend from Mexico who had this same jacket in the same color and I always thought it looked great on him. And thank you for the coupon, Members Only. Any little bit helps these days. If it helps I'm a pretty big guy, probably around 270 pounds and 6 feet tall and the 4xl fits perfectly. I even have some room in the belly. Thank you Amazon!

I bought this jacket just to wear to an 80s themed NYE party. When thinking of my 80s fashion choices, I immediately thought of my old Members Only jacket that I loved as a teen. So I bought this thinking I'd wear it to the party and then probably wear it rarely as I have two other jackets that I like... But, I have loved it so much I have been wearing it every day so far in January!The fit: I saw many comments about sizing before I ordered. I am 6' tall and weigh 260 pounds, with a stocky build rather than carrying it all in the belly, if you know what I mean. With that build, the 3x fits me perfectly, and to my nostalgic-biased mind it looks great on me. It comes down just below the belt line, to about the perfect level. The sleeves could be maybe an inch or two shorter, not terrible, just a little bit of bunching up. Overall, fits well, looks good.The quality: This jacket is lighter than my other two similar jackets. They are a bit heavier, with a lining, and I am clearly warmer in them than I am in this MO jacket. It is a true windbreaker, with no real lining, which makes it perfect for me in a Southern (Georgia) winter. The jacket is lightweight and while I do feel a little air moving, it does a good job as a windbreaker. The pockets do have a little cloth lining, however, and work quite well to keep my hands warm. I honestly don't remember the construction of the original jacket from back in the day, so I can't say if this is comparable or not, only that I like it and it's working well for my wants and needs.I've only had it for 3 weeks now, so I can't speak much to its durability. It seems reasonably well made, but you just never know with today's products... We'll see... but all in all, I am happy quite happy with it!
