This umbrella blocks the sunlight well. It does not hold up to anything other than a light wind or the umbrella starts to flip. The umbrella is also hard to close as you need to push it extremely hard in order to close it up. Overall it’s okay for the price but probably better to spend a little more and get a better umbrella

I bought this because I am a college student and when it rains it POURS! I was looking for a higher quality umbrella that I could also fit in my backpack and this one does it all! Not only is it big enough to cover myself and my backpack from getting wet, but also when the winds get strong it does not bend or shift to the side like others do. And just to add to all of this, with just a couple of shakes of the umbrella it’s almost completely dry and ready to take inside. I would 100x recommend this product to anyone that’s in the market for one🥰🥰

This was a gift gir my granddaughter. She loved the size and the color. She said it was perfect!

I bought this umbrella in August, but just used it today for the first time. After the second time I closed it, the open/close mechanism will not work anymore, it will not open at all. If you press it, the button does not move in or out. It is too late to return it, but I will contact the company to see if they will remedy my purchase. UPDATE: So, no help from the company. So I bought another one, since it seemed that not everyone had trouble with their umbrella. However the new one arrived and the open/close mechanism will not work AT ALL. Returning it, and I hope Amazon will look into this defective product.

This umbrella is good while it lasts - which is not long. I moved to a city where it rains once or twice a week. I bought the umbrella in September and it's now December and the umbrella is getting holes in all the joints and a few ribs are bent.

Came as described! I got navy blue. Nicely packaged. Single person use. The button works really well to open and bring down the umbrella head. Haven't had any issues. Light weight and portable.

Me gusta mucho el producto pero es difícil de cerrar. Cuando picas el botón solo cierra la parte superior pero no regresa al mango. Lo más fácil ha sido usar el piso para cerrarlo porque está muy duro

Nice little umbrella for travel tho not great for wind haha. But easy to turn back the other way if it goes inside out I used it a ton on vacation and saved me from the sun

The media could not be loaded.  Overall very happy with purchase. Was worried by others’ reviews about how difficult it is to close but I didn’t find it that difficult. The button is used to extend & open the umbrella AND to close it. Then to shorten the stem, it does require some force.Great for sun and rain. Hard winds will flip it but it flips back fine.

I brought the black umbrella based off another buyers review who said they were extremely pale and sun sensitive. I am equally pale and suffer from migraine and needed an umbrella that not only provided shade but blocks the sun's rays. This thing is awesome! I put it up outside, hold it above my head and it's as if I'm inside. It's small and fits into my handbag and will be coming everywhere with me. Bonus is that it doubles up as an umbrella in rainy weather!I have not tried it in rain or wind as that wasn't my purpose for buying it, but it looks as sturdy as your standard collapsible umbrella.
