This works pretty well however, personal warning, it will beat up your dry wall. I learned later that it's better to have some sort of buffer between the mount and the wall. It's not just about finding the stud beam and then installing it you really need to find some sorry of buffer. Outside of that it's sturdy, solid and works well. Will hold a 50 pound bag easily. Have not tried anything heavier. Part of the problem I may be having is that my heavy bag is a bit light so it does swing around quite a bit.

Had this up less than a month with a 100 pound Thai bag. No way these will hold up to 800 pounds like the add says. These are total trash.

I cannot imagine needing an 800 LB capacity bag hanger unless you were beating on Sides of Beef. This hanger gives you the option of installing on almost any wall material safely. The adjustments available are perfect for our space and it fits all of the users from my height to my wife's 5'2" height. It's great you can rotate it back against the wall when not in use. The swivel is smooth and never binds The welds look really well done and the finish is great. Still cannot get my head around it having 800 LB capacity. Great Solid Bag hanger.

Started bending over second day of having it, I wouldn’t trust it if you are planning on buying it, plus installation was not as easy as it seems with the hardware they provide

We hung this in my garage and installed it perfectly. We have a 100 pound bag that we put on it and you can tell just from having that bag on there that it is struggling. There's no way that this would support 800 pounds. It's working, for now, but I don't have high hopes for this thing

We live in the most rural town, in the most rural county, in one of the most rural states. It is very beautiful and serene here, but unfortunately, it is also a poor economic area. I’m retired and along with my wife and so many others who are fortunate enough to be able to help, we try to enhance our area in every way we can. One of the things we have been doing is to help create a free to use, indoor gym area for teens and up. Believe it or not, this heavy bag hanger is one big part of that development. It will be used to hold up the 5’ heavy bag we got in the winter.It is well designed and built. While I won’t be using the provided wall bolts to mount it, but will through-bolt it instead, the install items provided will probably work very well in many situations, especially if only using in the home environment.
