They were out for a while. I use these strictly over medicine patches to keep them dry and in place. The ones with gauze are ok but more like a big band aid. These are thin and transparent and holds tight. You can shower with them but will come off if you keep direct water on it or scrub it. My wife uses this every three days, easy to apply, easy to remove.

Used over wound dressing so I could shower without getting wound wet. They come in different sizes but you can overlap them and it seals just as well. I used 2 or 3 of this size overlapping for abdominal surgery wound.

My grandson uses transdermal ADHD meds. We are in Florida where sweat and water are a constant issue. We apply one of these over the patch and it stays put until it is removed, even through sand and surf, pools and sports. It gives him peace of mind that it will not fall off and he will lose control in public.
