This docker is a bargain for this much Dough!
I do a great deal of baking including homemade pizza, pies and assorted doughs. I used to use the tignes of a fork to prick the dough after it was rolled out to prevent air bubbles and uneven baking and browning. This dough docker is exactly what professional bakers use rather than a fork. This model is heavy duty and made with quality materials including a comfortable wooden handle. The spikes are numerous and properly spaced for perfect coverage when the docker is rolled over and across the dough. This tool is a welcome addition to my culinary artillery and it is very reasonably price.
