We have a Pyreness. After 4 years of trying to keep up with all her hair, I was ready to lose my mind. I didn't have the money to spend on a rumba so I took a chance on this. I don't regret it one bit. The only thing I would change is I wish it could map the room. It has helped so much and given me a little bit of a break which anyone who has a Pyrenees knows you need after vacuuming and 30 minutes later it looks like you did nothing!

The apparent lack of visual sensors and terrible programming on this vacuum make it incapable of running a full cycle without: (1) without missing significant square footage; (2) without getting stuck in areas that have a large, simple exit; (3) without spending 5 minutes trying to get more than a few feet from home base; (4) needing help finding its way back to home base; or (5) lodging itself on or against something and needing to be rescued.Every time I've run a cycle, I've watched this thing incessantly try the exact same route trying to exit an area it thinks its stuck in for at least 5 minutes, rather than trying a slightly different route which would immediately get it "free." This has worse cleaning algorithms than my off-brand robot vacuum in 2011.For context, I live in an open floorplan studio that's essentially a square. Every single wall and piece of furniture confounds this vacuum.The vacuum function itself is pretty good. If the programming were a little (no, a LOT) better, I'd keep it. Returning it instead.

I’ve never had a robot vacuum before and I think my expectations were too high. I think somewhere in my brain I was expecting this to take the place of manual vacuuming. This does a great job, but it cannot take the place of a manual vacuum and definitely can’t take the place of manual mopping, but it’s still a great product. I LOVE that I can program the vacuum to run at night. When I wake up, my floor is nice and clean. And it’s very quiet. Down sides are that the vacuum can’t be programmed to make nice back and forth movements so the vacuum lines are quite erratic (lol, I may need to be tested for OCD). The vacuum is great at picking up dirt and dust, but the dirt/dust holder thingy is very small and has to be emptied after every run.The mop. This is not going to take care of any sticky or tough messes. It’s just a slightly damp cloth the quickly skims your floor. Not a thorough mopping. You also have to keep an eye on it while it’s mopping your hard floors, because it will just move right onto your carpet and then you’ll have a nicely mopped carpet.Overall, it’s a great product, but it won’t take the place of manual vacuuming and mopping, but it might delay how often you have to do those chores.

I’m a nurse and I work 50+ hours a week, I barely want to do anything when I get home from work. Vacuuming or mopping is the last thing on my mind. Not only was it easy to set up (I’m not mechanically inclined ) but it picked up everything. Then mopped. It’s nice for my cat and his liter box. And nice to be able to start the vacuum from my phone at work so that my floor is nice and clean when I get home. If you pass this roomba and deal up. You’re missing our!!

**Update** I have a the vacuum for 1 month now and the main roll brush broke last week. I contacted the seller to see if they would send a replacement brush because I do love the vacuum but I haven’t heard anything back. Amazon has offered to refund. I can’t in good faith recommend this vacuum because of the poor customer service.**Update** The vacuum is still working great! I use it almost everyday to keep up with the pet hair and it has made my life so much easier! Definitely prefer it to the Shark we have.So far so good but full disclosure I’ve only had it for a couple of days. It’s performing better than my Shark automatic vacuum that was of comparable price. I love that it has a mop feature, added bonus! I’m not a big tech person and it is easy for me to use. Clear instructions and easy to use. The app works great!

I bought this for my dad. He is disabled so cannot clean very well. This is perfect for keeping his floor clean and the mop function is such a great add-on. It has been so great to have his floor clean and mopped for him so he doesn't have to struggle to do it himself. Great value for the cost.

I had high hopes given the overwhelmingly positive reviews. My hope were quickly smashed as my first issue was that this item was not brand new. It was previously used (possibly returned, cleaned up and repackaged). The unit was missing the plastic adhesive wrap on the sensors. I have seen unboxing videos where these were removed as part of the unboxing. This also came with the spinning brushes installed. Again, unboxing videos of brand new items showed the brushes were not attached and required them to be placed onto the unit. Because the brushes were installed, the bristles were bent and warped. Another thing was the metal/aluminum charging contact points on the unit were very scuffed. Another indicator this was not new. Despite all of this I decided to give it a shot and if not happy just return the item within the 30 day period.What I simply did not like is the vacuum did not clean an entire room. It will just go wherever it goes and has no way to know if the entire room was vacuumed. It just operates in random fashion (incidentally, one of the vacuum modes is named random but all vacuum modes were random for me). Another problem is that this things takes forever to fully charge. Battery performance was poor for me and waiting for it to charge was simply too time consuming.The remote is a neat idea but is quirky in real life use. When given the command to turn "right" on the remote, it will do so. Sometimes it works perfectly and other times it will then want to resume its prior position. This was very annoying.I returned the vacuum and decided to spend more for a name brand unit. My advice is to stay away from this robot vacuum.

We are still very satisfied with the robot vac. It works well but it has been difficult to find the correct filters.
