Seems to do an adequate job at helping to digest food. The biggest complaint is that there are only 30 pills in a bottle, making this somewhat pricey per pill. The bottle is also a little large for 30 pills. I'm thinking that this could hold at least 60 pills. I've also never seen enzymes that recommend refrigeration. Is this because they want this to last longer? The expiration date is more than a year out.

One note, be sure to read that it is recommended to store in the refrigerator.
