I mean it's possible you could find good quality wheatgrass in bulk, but the selling point of this product I think is the packaged portions. To some people, that might be worth it--I know it is for me when I have a stupidly early wakeup. I can just grab and go and when I get to work mix it in with water and there I am being all healthy and stuff!The taste is wheatgrass. Some people love it, some people hate it. It tastes very green. I personally don't mind it straight--it's not a love relationship but it's not like I have to choke it down or anything. It doesn't clump or clot up when it's mixed (I use a fork at work) so the texture isn't objectionable.

These small packets would be handy for travel. My usage was only through adding a packet to my daily smoothie, thus I can't comment on the stand-alone taste.

This wheatgrass product pleasantly surprised me with its quality despite the smaller quantity. The taste is quite enjoyable, and while I appreciate it, I believe that for the price, receiving more sachets would provide better value. Therefore, I am giving it three stars.

I am an avid consumer of wheatgrass juice. I grew up growing trays upon trays of wheatgrass and using a cold press to extract it...I wish I had the time to do all of that still, but since I don't, I rely on modern technology - and (sadly) that comes in the form of having dehydrated wheatgrass shipped to me.I was sold on this product by everything in the product description, especially having it in a travel friendly pre-portioned sachet. Unfortunately, I did not find any evidence that there was a highly concentrated dose of wheatgrass, it was not a fine grind, and there was not an effortless dissolution in my water offering a refreshing and homogeneous drink with each sip.I don’t usually include pictures and I definitely have never done a video, but I felt it was the best way to show the difference between what I was expecting and what I actually got. I didn’t decide to do this until I prepared my first sachet of Ancient Greens and was shocked by the color (it was more brown than green) and the grittiness of it, as well as the difficulty of mixing it. I then had to see for myself by testing it side by side to my regular brand of wheatgrass powder…and yeah…it was a bummer.I wish the best for Ancient Greens, until then, I will give 2 stars for convenience in a pinch.

This is best mixed into a shake or something with some substance. Reconstituted into water it tastes nothing like a fresh wheat grass from a juice bar, tasting flat and dry as opposed to the succulent taste of fresh juice. It also doesn't really dissolve well in water (images of my attempt at this included). I think it needs to be suspended into something thicker.It is however a convenient way of getting these important nutrients into a health food shake.

I love these packets for on-the-go consumption. Easily allows me to hit my daily dietary fiber goals, which I - and my colon - really appreciate. The taste isn't overpowering to the point where I avoid it like it's kale. The powder is easily emulsified, removing any concerns of swallowing chunky blocks of greens powder. A nice alternative to Athletic Greens. Unsure how it compares to them in terms of pricing. That'd be the kicker if they outdo them.

I like this wheatgrass, but wow is it not a great value compared to bulk packaging. That said, it tastes good and I have no issues with the quality.Overall, I'm happy to take it if you take a lot I recommend you look at bulk
