Good product

So relieved to find a safe dose of Biotin. Was challenging to find! Many dosages are waaay too high and are off the charts. I take this daily and feel safe doing so. Will buy again!

After catching covid and running a fever for a couple days I noticed substantial hair thinning. Doctor said its normal after having a high fever for a couple days in a row, but I was stressed. Bought this biotin and one month later I notice hair growing back and less falling out. Aces in my book.

This is one of the few products that has 500 mg of biotin. I wanted to increase my intake by 500 mg only because I have biotin in my regular vitamin. It has zero taste or smell and is so small it’s easy to swallow. You can’t beat the price either. It’s a high quality product from Whole Foods.

There’s not really much I can say about a vitamin except this works great for me. It is a logos and that it’s just what I am supposed to have. This is good for any age group. I don’t know about children but adults great product.

I've purchased these several times since my local drug stores don't carry the lower, 500mcg dose. This dosage is nice for those who want a daily dose that isn't high. Small white pill. Easy to swallow.

I've noticed new length in my hair, it shines and is soo soft ! My nails are growing fast too. I'm only one third the way through my first bottle
