I've had so many inserts to try to stop foot pain, and I'm usually disappointed. I have plantar fascitis but the bit that doesn't resolve after stretching is the point of attachment under my heel. I thought these might be too firm and I was ready to cut a hole where my heel hit but these are actually really soft to walk on. I have put them underneath a full-length insert as this stops me sliding into the front of my shoe.

Excellent idea these saved my beautiful old Tommy Hillfiger boots from the bin I had walked the heel over from years of use but these form a new heel inside the boot giving my poor old boots a new lease of life !

Not great for feet of an averaged size adult. I have size 5 feet and these gel heels hurt me instead of bringing comfort. I was very disappointed. They didnt fit, they were uncomfortable to wear and actually left sore marks

I did not like the fact that they were short in the actual heel coverage. I really wanted them to cut out heel rubbing but they are no good for this as there is only about 1/4 inch rise.

Not large enough, not thick enough and not soft enough. I have plantar fasciitis and I much prefer the Silipos heel cups because they are larger (I can buy extra large), thicker and softer: I think these ones are not so good at softening the impact of walking/standing.

I've been struggling with heel pain for a long time. Wearing anything but trainers or burkenstocks has resulted in pure agony. I thought I would try these in my ballet shoes for work and had them in for a few days. I can honestly say I'm not in as much.pain but I certainly wouldn't walk too far in them. I found them comfy and didn't slip as some have reviewed. They aren't the cure but they have improved my pain through the day - not sure how long they will last but at this price I'm happy to buy again to ease the pain.

Provide good support for the heels. However, when wearing these in pumps, they fall out frequently and as a result aren't as sticky any longer and get a bit mucky.

Good product, very reasonably priced, which certainly helped to ease a painful heel and make walking more comfortable.
