Charging cord worked. No outlet charger is include, btw. Has numerous sets of screws, assuming Ring uses different ones for different versions? At least one set of screws was for mine. I wanted a set in case I lost a screw during the removal process (2 people said it happened to them). The best was the screwdriver. Without that, I wouldn't have been able to remove the screws to recharge the doorbell. There are star shaped screws on the Ring doorbell. Flathead and Phillips screwdrivers did not work. The screwdriver in this set fit perfectly. It was a simple process.

Used it same day. Got the security screw out just perfect. Hopefully I wont need it again but I put the package in a safe place. Didnt use the screws but they are there if I need em.

The screws were great and the tool has great strong metal. But the other orange flat tool that came with the bundle is poor made the first time I used the flat tool it broke. And the USB cable charger worked great

Works just like the original, but is longer in length. Comes with a huge and I mean huge variety of screws for bolting the doorbell to the mount.

I highly recommend making this purchase as soon as you receive your Ring Doorbell. The reason being that the security screw located on the bottom is small and can be easily lost if you’re not careful, been there, done that. It’s a specialized screw you’re not likely to find locally. Should you lose the two that come with it, you don’t want to get caught short.

I purchased this item to take my battery out of my Ring doorbell. I lost my the one I had that came with my doorbell. Perfect size and easy to use.

Although it comes with several different size screws, none for my ring doorbell properly not to mention the tool is the wrong size for the screws. Save your money.
