TVOC seems to be accurate
Reported temperature is NOT accurate but I bought it for TVOC (particulates) since I live in an area with wildfire smoke problems. Outdoor measurements are easily available online but I am concerned about effectiveness of my indoor control measures.Since a recent inundation of wildfire smoke provided the opportunity, I took the unit outside and compared TVOC on the unit to reported outdoor levels using the AirNow calculator to provide conversions for 2.5 and 10 sizes into the same units reported by the monitor. AQI is the online reported metric, which combines 2.5 and 10 sizes of particles into a single total "health" value. TVOC on this monitor similarly adds particulate sizes together but does not report the AQI metric directly. (It does indirectly with the color bars which indicate ok, mod, and hazardous levels.) Rather it reports total mg/m3 of particulates from 1-10.Bottom line: After I went through the various conversions and added it all up, the monitor reports a TVOC within 10% of a nearby outdoor PurpleAir monitor that was reporting an AQI of 130. My monitor TVOC was in the mid-high .200 range which is more or less AQI 130 when all the sizes it detects are added together. Not bad for an inexpensive device! So. I think it is sufficiently accurate to monitor indoor air quality for particulates to determine whether one's protective measures are adequate. (Air purifiers, fine furnace filters, keeping house tightly closed, etc.) BUT knowing what the reported TVOC number actually means takes some figuring out.No clue about HCHO accuracy. As said before, temp is NOT accurate. Measures low. Humidity is close enough.Search on "AirNow Aqi calculators" for reference. It yields micogram/m3 units which have to be converted to the mg/m3 this monitor reports.

Great Product
Bought this for my new home renovation. It's verified to be sensitive and accurate. As you can see in picture, when my air filter machine shows the air quality is not so good, this product also shows higher values. Very light and easy to use. Highly recommend.

Has Flaws
I had to purchase a portable usb charger because this device cannot hold a charge long enough to monitor over night. I also have a Huma monitor that has been very accurate. This morning I woke up and the Huma measured CO2 in the red zone but this no name Air Quality Monitor was green. It finally picked up the CO2 about 30 minutes later but the beep sound it makes is not loud enough to wake me up. Kinda makes it useless. If I can find a better one I will send this back.

Compact CO2 monitor. Easy to read display
I bought this mainly to track CO2 and chemical levels in my workshop. It is compact, required little-to-no setup, and the display has nice, bright, large numbers that are easy to read. I don't have any way of knowing how accurate the readings are, but the temperature is pretty accurate, and CO2 levels rise and fall in an expected manner over time, and when a window or door is opened. Sometimes when the number is hovering around the high level, the repeated alarms can be annoying, but cracking a window usually improves air quality. Can't wait to try this in other rooms of my house!
