The Sunchildren love special changes throughout the year and understand that these changes are a part of growing up. Now it is time for the Winter Solstice to begin, so the Sunchildren must say good bye to the yesterdays and welcome the tomorrows with thanksgiving!The author creates an enchantment of excitement as we read each page, looking for more of the Sunchildren and finding out what each of them are doing now. I almost can’t wait to turn the next page to see what else they are doing to celebrate the season! The Winter Solstice may be the shortest day of the year, but the Sunchildren are experts on helping us to celebrate with joyful enthusiasm.

This book is adorable! I love it! I do want to say I noticed a few MINOR grammar errors (like a comma missing and 'an' instead of 'a') but those things could easily be looked over and do not bother me one bit.

My nieces love it!! We will read it gain next year! :)
