2nd review
I left a previous review with a low rating due to Tracking the package reported it was hand delivered on the 1st and it was left on my doorstep on the 5th. After opening it, I charged it until the light change from red to green/blue. It would not turn on. The item looks and feels like cheap plastic.The seller responded to my concerns in a timely manner and made assistance in a refund.

Defective Vacuum
I followed the owner's manual to ensure proper usage of the vacuum for dry and wet cleaning. It has not performed as described. The recharging cord ceased to function consequently rendering unusable. Despite the return/refund period, I should be compensated for the defective vacuum by reshipping a replacement vacuum at the expense of the seller. Without the resolution, I have a non-functional vacuum.

Product is very cheaply made, and I never got the cord to charge it. So it's basically useless for vacuuming. Will not be recommending.

Very poor and bad quality
The idea is great actually this is the sameIdea Dyson had made submarine mop . But the quality is terrible . As soon as I started it the front cover went off flying the burst roller started blowing the threads and it seamed like I turned on a very cheap noisy crying machine . I packed and sent it back as soon as k could. I wish they can sue the same idea with better quality materials.

Very cheaply made
Easy to put together! Very hard to remove water container to fill but good thing it does not leak. Cleans OK but leaves streaks, constantly. Should not be called a vacuum only grabs dirt with the brush going around does not suck up debri.
