In this book he provides priceless information about what he finds in people's gut according to what they eat. What makes it even more interesting is the fact that he's been practicing medicine in Japan and United States, so his observations are based on the effects of eastern and western lifestyles. It's priceless!

Fantastic book. I have read books on nutrition for the last forty years and this book The Rejuvenation Enzyme deserves an A+. I believe everything he says, he has performed 350,000. surgeries of stomach and intestines and has also the experience from his thousands of patients who have responded very well to his scientific, nutritional advise.

This is one of the best book I had came across. No regrets. It does need lots of discipline to have a healthy lifestyle and body.

I bought this book because I wanted too see what Dr Shinya had to say about Kangen Water, which I drink and which he endorses. I enjoyed reading other healthy recommendations he made and will adopt several.
