One of the shoes on the side is kinda of hard and rubs and hurts my side foot.

I have the original OnCloud Flyers and they're the most uncomfortable sneaker I've owned. These Flyer 4s are the most uncomfortable I've owned. The right sneaker has a high spot and is clearly defective. The back of the sneaker is folded in and uncomfortable on my heel. I have had the sneakers for a month and use them for daily wear only. OnCloud won't accept a warranty claim, as this retailer is apparently not an authorized retailer.
