Like many others I read reviews and decided it was a safe purchase. It worked great the first and second time but it stopped charging. No lights on the cleaner, but the charger has a green light lit. Followed instructions to wake it up but no luck. Outside of 30 days warranty for Amazon, still under 1 year manufacturers warranty but there is absolutely no contact information on the warranty card in manual and so far nothing on the web. I would like to know how one of the other reviewers was able to get hers replaced. So buyer BEWARE!!!! I see other sellers on here selling the same cleaner with a different name other than HDPeak. I'm assuming it may be the same people though. Make sure there is a customer service contact if they offer a warranty longer than Amazon.

Used this item once was anazed with the job it did after the exact alotted time 110 minutes. Charged attempted to use a second time and nothing. The motor actuaaly even attempts to power on when in the off position. Either a defective product or just junk. No button to contact seller.Company stood behind product and sent me a new one. It works amazing just like the first one did. It has been used approx 4-6 times now and does great work everytime. It even sometimes last a few minutes longer than the 110 as promised. Great product and great company!

So I was a very good buyer and actually took the time to read reviews and the manual when my pink vacuum showed up. I was very excited about this purchase, more good reviews than bad. I usually have to clean the pool alone which as we all know isn’t easy. This was going to make my life so much easier. I plugged it in and charged it all night, while reading the manual, and was ready to put it into action the following day. I sat down and referenced the pages in the manual about turning the knobs so it can make its way around the pool effortlessly. Well……I set it up and went on my way. Needless to say not much was picked up. So I decided to give it another go. I again charged it, and the next day set it on its mission. Again a handful of leaves. So I decided that on the next try I would sit out and watch what is going on. So I prepped and set it to charge and …….NOTHING!!! No charge no light NOTHING! So as let down as I am this product is not worth the time or hassle. I will be sending it back for a refund. It’s not what I wanted nor what I was hoping for but, it is what it is.

I had my original and replacement, neither one lasted very long. I have a very small pool, it is inground, but it is the gallon size of a typical above ground pool. From the day I got it, it would die before my pool was cleaned. That didn’t bother me entirely, you get what you pay for, and it did the majority of the work. But quickly, it would die before it would even make it halfway through the pool, then it wouldn’t even charge or turn on. It has been less than a year and I’ve been through two of these. I would give it one star, but you don’t buy a $100 pool vacuum and expect five star quality, so I gave them an extra star.

I never leave reviews although I always read them before I buy something, especially a pricier item. And hopefully this will help anyone contemplating buying this. Really wanted something that would cut down my cleaning time .... Here in Michigan we only get about 3 months of pool time and half the time is spent cleaning and not enjoying it. It definitely does not last long but I found leaving it plugged in longer than when the green light comes on does help. I wanted a vacuum that would pick up the debris so that it didn't go into my filter which it does. But when you pull it out of the water it just empties everything it picked up back into the pool. I found that putting a small towel under the filter helps to trap most of it but you still have to pull the vacuum out fast and don't tip it. It will work for now but for the price I would of bought one that was double the price and wasn't so much of a hassle.As of 8/16 completely stopped working. So I do not recommend at all!

I have been using the pool vac for 1 week and LOVE it, it does everything it says it's going to do and runs for well over an 1.5 hrs. Easy to set up and easy to clean.Area of concern and the reason for 4 stars and not 5, the on and off switch seems to be rusting from somewhere. On about day 3 I noticed a little rust spot when I turned it on, just cleaned it off but there seems to be a rust spot every day. My concern is down the road, what's rusting, what's going to break or stick or just no longer work? The only option from Amazon is to return this and not replace, I really want to keep it and hope there is some sort of resolution.Thanks

This was a bit of a splurge for my 10' inflatable pool, but when the bottom gets dirty, what are you gonna do? It's gross. In the past I got the pool vacuum that just uses the water hose, and it did ok, but was kind of a pain. So I got this one to try, and was surprised how well it works. It goes for over an hour. It picks up everything. Even little plastic toys. The pool looks great when it's done. And it looks so cute the grandkids love to watch it go. You just plug it in to charge it up, then unplug it, turn it on, drop it in the pool, and let it go. I come back later and the pool looks great. I take it out, open it up to dump the filter, then pop it back together, and plug it back in for the next time. Easy! I can't say how long it will last because i got it kind of late in the season. But it's worked for a couple months, running a few times per week.

I guess you get what you pay for a $100 this car is terrible I had to send it back twice it only worked twice each time I used it. It does clean the pool when it works but after two cleanings the car won't charge. I guess you have to spend $500 to get a good pool cleaner. Don't waste your time ordering this machine you will regret it and have to send it back. Pay the money and buy a new good one. This is a piece of trash.
