A-lot of the concepts and information I believe are for more seasoned agents. Yes, there are some useful tips for beginners but if you’re new to real estate, I suggest reading something else because most of the information here will most likely not be used your first year as an agent.There was also a lot of pep talk, wasn’t looking for a motivational book but an informational ‘how to succeed as a new agent ‘ type of book.

The book is okay. Has some helpful knowledge and tips on how to get clients. I felt like the book was super repetitive though. Could’ve been half the size.

This book is a blueprint of starting off as a new Real Estate Agent and how to lay out the plans of what you need to make vs what you had in mind.

If you are in real estate and in it because you want to create a great business this is an unbelievable resource. If you don't want the headaches of running your own team this is still valuable because you will understand the concepts and then you can go work for a great team, making great steady income with less stress and probably less hours. If you live in San Diego email me and I will hire you.I literally have taken notes while reading this book and are implementing the core strategies.I think this is the perfect book for new and old agents alike. If you are new you probably won't be able to implement this right away but it will give you the most valuable tool anyone could give you.... A direction. If you are an old agent and living month to month, then put down your BMW or Cadillac keys and Starbucks Latte leave your ego at the door and get cracking on the gems that are in this book.Honestly, the only mistake I think Gary made was publishing this book. He probably has created one or two significant competitors with his insights. I plan on surpassing his company and ironically with the information and direction from this book he lowered my timeline from 15 years to 5 years.If you are a go-getter, I sincerely hope you don't buy this book because it means we might end up being competitors, and who knows perhaps you will execute better than me and I will need to ask you for a job. If you are like most agents I have run into lately than go right ahead and buy it, I know it will collect dust on your bookshelf right next to your Tony Robbins tapes and dvd of The Secret and I don't have to worry about one more knowledgeable competitor.I hate to put more money in Gary's pockets but seriously this is the BEST book for agents and brokers that I have ever seen. Stop reading reviews, get out of your analysis paralysis and drop the best 15 dollars you ever spent.

This is one the most imperative books for a realtor and I’ve purchased many throughout my own real estate career. I gift them to anyone I come across that’s considering becoming a realtor or is a new agent because it helps set the groundwork for your business. Becoming an agent that produces at a high level can be intimidating but the MREA book is a roadmap to guide you to a successful real estate business. Buy it and read it many times over!

I'm new to Real Estate, and am just learning the ropes now. I'll admit that getting through the first few chapters of this was a bit rough for me, but am really glad I stuck with it. I found the second half of this book quite informative and rather engaging.

What a fantastic book; it changed my life! I am committed to reading it every year until I have ingrained the principles within it into my life!!

Very good book for implementing your business systems. Primarily focused around Estate Agencies, however can be applied to any business out there. Very easy to read

Written for the American market, some interesting points, but not for Europe.
