I used this on several 8 hour flighs, and it was the best neck support ever.I’ve tried numerous ones as we travel fairly frequently.It is very substantial, so it gives a lot of support. It’s also super soft and snuggly.You can use it in various positions, so it’s helpful for lots of tasks.The only drawback is that it uses quite a bit of space in your carry on luggage.I would buy this again.

I had the middle seat on a red eye. This “pillow” fully supported my neck and head so my head wasn’t flopping over. I was able to get some sleep . Works better than horseshoe shaped pillow. The one drawback is that you can’t walk around with it around your neck so it takes up a lot of room in your carryon. I’m going to put it in another type of bag so I can caribener it to the outside of my bag.

Seems to be a very decent product with dense, supportive memory foam. The removable cover for washing is very nice. But it was just too supportive for comfort. Felt like it actually pushed my head forward a bit. Also it takes a bit of hand strength to compress and roll it tight enough to stuff back into the compression sack for travel, like a large sleeping bag - not suitable for someone with arthritis or weaker grip strength. People with larger hands may find it easier (I wear a women's small glove). Definitely takes a minute to stuff it in there, so you need to allow some time to do that when you are trying to pack up to get off the plane. It's also not really that compact for travel due to the density. It does not compress smaller to fit in wherever, you need to leave a little space for it, fully compressed size in sack is 6" diameter by 7" height, so it's not huge. It comes in at just under a pound for weight (13.7 oz/387 g) and is just a little larger than I want for plane travel since I travel with just a mid-size backpack for carry-on. May work better for a larger person, I am 5'6", female with a small frame, average neck length (3"), and a small head (always need the smallest helmet size, can even wear a large youth helmet/hat). It would definitely be better than nothing for resting upright on a plane or car ride, but it is not flexible so there is no way to adjust it for different positions or individual comfort.

I've gone through the lot of neck pillows and this is THE ONE! A little background: I have chronic pancreatitis and for many people with this illness, sleeping upright or at a 45 degree angle is necessary. No more sleeping flat. So, when I fall asleep, my neck is usually kinked when I wake up. Because of this, I've bought and tried lots of neck pillows but none ever have the support that this one provides. I am REALLY impressed with the quality and staying power. All you do is take it put of the bag, wait maybe 10 minutes and it's ready to use. It totally stops my head from rolling to either side which has completely eliminated any neck problems when I wake up and also helps me to sleep more than just a few hours at a time. It may seem expensive but it is SO WORTH IT. I loved it so much that I got one as a father's day gift for my "dad" aka my caregiver and friend and he absolutely loves it, too. I'm very small and thin 5' 4", he's a heavy guy about 6'2" and the pillow size works just as well for both of us. SO happy I found this one, it has helped with my pain so much more than I could've hoped for! Buy it!! You cab thank me later!! :P

I've never been able to sleep on flights and knew I needed to upgrade my neck pillow for a chance to catch some zzzz's on an overseas flight. This pillow was a game changer! It is so supportive, keeps your neck upright, while cradling your head in the most comfortable position. It did get a bit hot at one point but I think they turned the temp up in the whole plane so maybe not the pillows fault. Most importantly, I was able to sleep for a few hours, a few times, which I've NEVER been able to do. Thanks to this pillow - paired with an eye mask and some spa music - I was lulled to sleep in no time! I even kept wearing the neck pillow while watching shows between sleep breaks!There is a clasp at the front of the pillow to tighten/secure the gap shut while you're sleeping. The neck pillow is thick but squishy enough for you to roll up and fit back into its travel bag, and easily fit inside my carry-on. Totally recommend and would happily buy again!

I really wanted this to work. We had an 8 hour flight coming up so I ordered this one along with a few more to try. It was way too tall for my neck. Really uncomfortable just sitting around the house in it for a few minutes to try it out so I returned it.

Bought for my daughter. She said it was really comfortable on her long flight.

I have bad arthritis neck issues and this is the most comfortable, soft and supportive travel neck support I have ever had. It is made from soft memory foam but really keeps its shape and also rolles up in its pouch for easy carrying. I even use it to sleep with when my neck is very painful. It has a soft cover that you can take off and wash. I have recently come back from Costa Rice and where we traveled around the country and I used it every day, not only on the flight back and forth. I highly recommend this product.
