Does the job.
I got the multi colored one. If you like that waxy feel on your braid go for it. Have used it and works great got some 65lb & 80lb test. Going for the bluefin this year.

It held up, but just
I loaded my reel with 65lb for a yellowfin trip to the NJ/NY Canyons on Labor Day weekend. It was the first time Ive used this brand of braid. The trip was a total beat down, on a boat with ten guys fishing for 6 hours there was always a tuna on and tuna on deck, all 65-90lb fish. I had many fish landed and/or on and running to be lost. It was a once in a lifetime kind of day. This is to described the unique conditions that the line was subject to. Anyway, late in the day I noticed that the yellow marked line was starting to fray and this was after I took maybe the top 50 yards off the 350 yards spooled (after a big brown shark rolled up in a number of lines). It was actually very stressful to be fighting a fish and worrying every 100 ft as the yellow marked line came up onto the rod. If I hadn't already had a number of fish in the boat I would have been changing out more line and this would have been a negative instead of neutral review. I dont know why it was just the yellow sections, maybe it was really all of the line but that the yellow was most visible, or maybe it is really the yellow dye slightly weakening the line.

Line Chaffed up after use
I wouldn’t buy again. Probably have 4-6 offshore trips on the line and it chafes up but not like a cut straight across laterally but up the line itself making 1-2” sections that just peel off. I’m not sure if they accounted this shedding into the pound capacity, ive had no breaks but no monsters caught. I’ll be replacing the line with something else and not buying again. For what it’s worth I’m using custom rods and not some junk rod that’s cutting it with the guides.

Inconsistent quality.
I was very satisfied with the 65lb braid. However the 100lb braid seemed stiff and somewhat thicker than comparable Jerry Brown 100lb braid. I was not satisfied and returned the 100lb braid. Seems to be a problem with quality control. Will not purchase again.

I like berkley prospec better than daiwai j braid
Came with exact lenght on spool. Box looked a bit opened so was worried at first. I like berkley prospec better than daiwai j braid, izor, power pro, siren, spiderwire...i havent tried jerry brown or kastking yet but got a spool of kastking coming in later today. Im pretty sure i will be sticking with prospec though.

Does not hold 100lbs. Bad quality!
Ran 2 spreader bars(on each side) of the back of my boat trolling for tuna at 8mph. On the first day of using, the lines broke off on both sides and lost $350 of gear. Does not hold up to the 100lbs that it states. It is basically rope(not braid) with a weird plastic covering on it. Not worth the money, do not buy!

Good braid
Best braid I have used so far. I wish they come in 15lb. They are slightly thicker than other braid
