have to have volume at 1 and it's still pretty loud. Most likely because it is USB but I'm unsure. The band at the top doesnt stay where I put it and always changes to be bigger, which still works but then it falls off my head very easily. I have a small head.

Great Audio quality playing World of Tanks at 7.1 and even a slightly better with Razer surround sound installed and configured. the only thing I don't like is that the cups on your ears don't seal around all that great to prevent audio from escaping. but that's what you get with plastic if you didn't expect it.

I bought this because using a Blue Yeti mic to chat doesn't work. You still need headphone to eliminate the echo. This is a pretty decent headset. The software is mostly useless but the headphone auto install drivers anyways. The on-cord controls work great. The 7.1 is simulated with the software, not legit

the audio of the headset is great but one nip pick i will say, the mic is like talking to a wall but kinda/kinda not be heard and it is little far from my taste for the mic. do wish they one for the new version make the mic more adjustable or make the mic as in the drivers more opinions to make the mic to be heard expect getting one bar

Didnt work ended up having to send it back. Son very disappointed

This headset is very comfortable and sounds great. For the price I wasn't expecting the level of quality I received. It's very nice looking and functions great. The drivers included did not work for Windows 10 and the website also did not have working Windows 10 drivers. Luckily this headset works fine without them.

I like that the headphones fit perfectly. My ears weren't poking out and I have pretty big ears. The volume is fine and you can hear the game very well. The wire is long enough that it does't cause any problems while I move my head around.

For less a year the mic function is gone. Disappointed with the quality of the product.
