Very tasty, but very expensive
This is a snack of peanut-based curry and rice that takes less than 2 min to prepare and is actually quite good. There is a hint of the spice within, but not too much. It makes enough for one, and I added a vegetable. Or a salad.

Tasty quick lunch
I love this for lunch. The rice is kind of dry so you may want to add a few drops of water, but the satay sauce is perfect.
