Defective
Donot purchase the refurbished product, I have faced a lot of difficulties trying to find out what's wrong but there is no solution to it, like the left ear bud keeps giving an unnecessary beat sound, so loud that it might damage the ear drum, secondly, both the earbuds keeps getting disconnected for no reason and it becomes so annoying to a point you'll stop using it (what's the point in purchasing it then).
