These are easy to swallow capsules. I loved that this is a set of 2 bottles each containing 60 capsules so I can determine longer term benefits. I just take one with dinner so I don't forget and this should last about 4 months or so. Basically tasteless but I personally found them to have a slight herbal tea scent and smell but was no issue for me at all. I typically don't believe claims of immediate benefits but with this I felt immediate lessening of hot flashes and improvement in general energy and mood. I'm not cured but at least the symptoms are shorter and not quite as intense. At first I just thought I was having a good day but nope after 2 weeks still better. I also have 2 friends that purchased about a week before me who are having similar results. Everyone is different but for me I will DEFINITELY repurchase.

I have been taking, CIVIMUNA (2 Packs) Black Cohosh Capsules 6650mg - Black Cohosh, Dong Quai, Chasteberry - 4 Months Supply and here is my opinion so far. I like that there were 2 bottles of this and that there is a 4 month supply. I think it takes a bit of time for things to work for me and I like that this product will give me that opportunity to see that. I have read that black cohosh is good for menopausal symptoms and I am willing to try this for 4 months to see if it helps with hot flashes and night sweats. I take this in the morning and I am good to go. I like taking capsules because in my opinion they are easier to swallow. I would highly recommend.
