I liked the taste which is a cross between tea and coffee. Something new to try if you are a coffee addict or just like trying new things. Makes a great gift.

Kind of a disappointment initially, but redeems itself somewhat after brewing. The coffee arrives in a very average brown bag style presentation, nothing special or attractive about the packaging. It seems that the coffee is old, not a fresh roast. You can tell by the smell of the beans. There is no freshness to it, it reminds me of when we open coffee and let it sit for months and then go back to it. Perhaps if the beans were freshly roasted and then vacuum sealed it would help. The brewed coffee is smooth overall.

Wasn't sure what to expect, but have been wanting to try some for a long time. I bought my father-in-law a bag for Christmas and he loved it, so I bought one for myself. WOW! That's all I can say. Nothing like any other coffee you have ever had. No bitterness and very low acidity so it doesn't bother my wife's sensitive stomach.I recommend using a French press.Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to some Kaya Kopi Luwak today!
