It's not going to win awards, but I doubt it was ever designed to. It's a good basic tablet, small enough to slip into a coat pocket, or backpack etc. I got it as a graphic novel reader that wasn't going to break the bank or my back. It's fulfilling those needs well. Don't be silly and say it won't run this or that, it's a basic tablet that will do social media and tasks like that.For the price I am happy as it does what it sets out to do.

This review is written after having the product for 24 hours and is for the 8.2 version.For the money, this is a decent little tablet. You can tell it's not a premium product due to the plasticy feel, but that does come with the upside of making it very lightweight.The touchscreen is pretty responsive which was important for me, as I write a lot of documents. The keyboard layout is slightly odd, but I think it’s just a case of getting used to it.It runs reasonably fast, enough for me not to get frustrated when opening and downloading apps.The screen is clear and bright, even at the default of 35%. I've not yet had the need to adjust it which is good as it will save the battery.One concern is that it gets warm very easily, it was heating up when I was downloading apps, which caused some bubbling to the back, however this now seems to have gone. (May be visible in the second picture.)The camera is average at best, but that is standard for this type of device.Overall I'm pretty pleased so far with the performance for the price, it also came with a pre installed screen protector, which was a nice bonus. I will update this should my opinion change!

Very good price but VERY slow, even for kid's use.

I am facing issues with the booting of the tablet. It does not boot sometimes and is very slow (about 3 mins or more) when it does boot.I also see lagging when I am using simple applications, switching between applications or even when making settings changes.While using internet(Youtube videos) it frames for about 10 secs. I do not have any internet problem. I have verified this by using youtube with other devices.The response from contact center was:Dear customer, it is recommended to restore the factory settings of the machineThe factory method to restore the machine is [Settings] - [System] - [Reset Options] - [Erase All Data]We did :Dear team,Thanks for your message.We faced this issue from the very beginning and hence we did try this method earlier. Didn't work for us.We will do that again still since you are insisting, but if this doesn't work, I would request you to please take this away from us.ThanksParthaResponse:Dear customer, this is a hardware failure problem. You need to contact the customer service of the sales machine store to apply for after-sales maintenance.Not helpful

The tablet is well-constructed and nicely finished. I see it as a high-quality product. However, it is a bit slow, and I wish it had a more responsive touchscreen. Nevertheless, it suits my needs quite well, as I primarily use it for reading. Overall, it's a nice product, especially for kids.

It's a nice little tablet. Just the right size to stow away in your bag. The battery isn't large but it's certainly enough to get by with for general browsing and viewing.The processor speed is good and I I've had no stuttering or lagging in use. Overall, very happy with it.

I was after a device to run Spotify connected tj Bluetooth speaker so people didn’t have to use my phone.This is perfect for the job. It’s runs basically all day on one charge.Not going to win any races but handles it’s task with no issues.Seller was great to respond on a question I had as well.Recommend.

I have been using the tablet for a few months now and it doesn't get any better: it is as bad as I described in my original review (that follows) and no alternation of the settings and no advice I have found online can make apps run in the background (so that you can cut and paste text from one to the other, for example) or stop apps and processes failing for no discernable reason, requiring the tablet to be restarted. It is, of course, a cheap tablet but, even so, I expected something more reliable. My original review follows.... This is the third of this type of tablet I've had from Telcast and have been using it for a few weeks. Sadly, it's very inferior to the earlier models, in spite of the increases in memory etc. I realised before I bought it that it's now advertised for 'kids', and that it's cheap, so perhaps I should have been warned, but it won't run some apps I've used for a long time, doesn't multitask and often freezes. The battery life is also much shorter than the previous models. On the plus side, it's got a good clear screen and is easy to use, but I wouldn't buy it for a child or young person because they'd probably find it more frustrating than fun. Given the price, perhaps it's good value for money, but it's not at all the quality I've come to expect from this brand.
