Sea-Band Mama! Travel & Motion Sickness, Nausea and Morning Sickness Relief Acupressure Wristbands (Lilac), 1 Pair

Have a few pairs of these in different colours to go with different colour outfits. I feel that they do work very well for me when travelling on coaches and on cruises

At just about double the price of the basic Sea Bands, I thought these might be higher quality as presumably the expectation is that they should be able to be worn daily whereas the regular bands would only be worn for a limited time to avoid circumstantial motion sickness on a travel journey. Sadly not, these are exactly the same as the first Sea Bands I ordered (light grey), and just as uncomfortably tight and unfit for daily use. Despite my very small wrists which supposedly could have worn the child’s size bands, both these and the grey ones are identical and both tight enough to cause minor discomfort under not only the pressure balls but also the seams during one wear and lasting marks after just a few days of daily use. Very disappointing, as of course for morning sickness we are looking for daily relief. It’s possible they have changed in the last few years as a friend who used them in her pregnancy a few years ago did not have the same issue and hers are a significantly different size while otherwise appearing to be an unchanged product.It is also worth mentioning that it is rather offensive that Sea Bands have opted to take advantage of pregnant women by almost doubling the price for an identical product merely made in a pink colour. It’s only a few quid but proportionally very significant, and the higher price is purely a literal ‘pink tax’.If you are looking for nausea relief for morning sickness, the good news is that these can offer some, but order the regular Sea Band product at almost half the price, and do be prepared to rest your wrists and have the nausea come flooding back whenever you do. But of course some relief is welcome in the throes of daily nausea!

These are a life saver!!I have really bad acid reflux and feel nauseous at bed time, these actually work and work straight away, I wear them in the evening after dinner or right before I sleep when the nausea kicks in and normally wear them all night when asleep.Make sure to install them correctly following the instructions in the case, I have bought 2 of these now, one to have by my bedside and also one in my handbag when im out and about - I love the little case it comes in.

Doesn’t work for my “morning” sickness, still puking and suffering nausea 24/7 despite wearing these constantly

Been using bands for motion sickness since I was a kid, absolutely swear by them, work better than tablets and they last years, don't even care if it's a placebo!!

Didn't work for me, but product seemed well made.
