Still Wearing nearly 3 Years
I am a slip on shoe snob, meaning that I've worn a lot of brands and am very critical on these types of shoes. I've worn the same Sanuks, these, for nearly 3 years. I am flat footed and shoes are always painful. I have worn a lot of these shoes out in a year. Not these. I wear these all day long every single day. They still have not worn through any holes. None. The sole is still good. The rubber inside is shaped like my feet and toes. It is an ultimate fit and ultra comfortable. I got a friend who wears another type of Sanuk with thin soles and they're shot. Holes and falling apart. These have thick soles and thick canvas. So far, after wearing these types of shoes for many years, they're my favorite pair and I'm an expert on these. Usually, I'd be gluing the canvas together long ago or gluing the canvas to the rubber but not these. My friend is switching to these to be like me.

Sanuk shoe disaster
My wife ordered these for me for my birthday, so even though she ordered them in April, I didn't receive them until last Sunday. I own two other pairs of Sanuks, which fit perfectly and I love, but these are completely different. The heel is WAY too wide, the toe section is WAY too narrow, and they are WAY too short lengthwise, about as long as a 9 or 10, definitely not the size 12 that they were labeled. We'd send them back, but according to the Amazon return date, we can't return them. Total waste of money. VERY disappointed. Steer clear of these.

Left shoe different from right... waiting for replacement (Worth the wait)
I will edit this when the replacement arrives, but the left shoe is obviously tighter than the right (which is how it should fit). This is the first pair of sanuks that have had this happen, so I am not giving up on them. I will definitely keep trying because these shoes are excellent.Edit: I received my new pair and this one actually had the hanger with it, which made me feel better about it, though these didn't have paper in them like the other pair did... odd that it varies so much. Both of the new shoes fit the same and were the size of the larger shoe in the last pair, which is a bit bigger than they should be, but they didn't have 11.5 on here. The emblem is directly under your heel, which you can easily feel if you wear these barefoot, but they will wear down. They look great and I hope these last as long as my last pair where my heel ended up coming through the sole after so many years of wearing them.

Two Thumbs Up
After having returned the Sanuk Vagabond sandal shoe things, I ordered these Vagabond Trippers, as I like the style and laidback look. So far these are light years better than the Vagabonds. I have only had them on inside the house to get a feel for them. They seem to run a bit larger than the Vagabonds, but as they are relaxed slip-ons, I am not too concerned. The upper is a similar look and feel to the Vagabond, but it is a different fabric. They lack the tattered look, but do have the bumper lip that the Vagabonds have. What sets these far ahead of the Vagabonds is that they have actual rubber soles with boat shoe style tread pattern and a much sturdier insole. Here's to hoping these will become the quick slip-on favorites!

Comfortable and stylish fair weather shoe that holds up well
I already have a pair of these (in a different color) that were purchased a year ago. Those remain comfortable and have held up very well in usage well above their intended purpose of a 'fair weather' casual type shoe. In my experience Sanuk shoes appear to be well made as well as durable. The only downside is the lighter colors can pick up small stains, which can be hard to clean off/remove due to the type of material they're made from. In comparing these new ones to the other pair, the older ones have 'loosened up' quite a bit, almost to a slipper level. The new ones are currently quit snug but it isn't an issue at all. Overall, these are highly recommended.

Check the fit when you get them....
I got these about a month ago, wore them around the house for a couple minutes, didnt take them outside because of the weather.... didn't notice it when I first got them but they are made differently from one another. The left shoes' opening is noticeably smaller than the right. So the left fits great but my right heel pulls out with every step.... and just noticed I'm "out of my return window".... so, I now have a useless pair of shoes...

If you wear classic-sole Sanuk's size down
This is my first pair of Sanuks with the rubber sole and I've always bought size 12 in the classic Sanuks (which is one size larger than I wear in every other shoe). The classic soles were always a bit tight at first until they broke in after a few wears. Size 12 with the rubber sole were way too big but Amazon quickly replaced with a size 11 that fits perfectly. The rubber-soled shoes lack ventilation eyelets like the classics but they're very comfortable and just slightly heavier than my old ones. Hoping that the rubber soles will give me a little more use out of these than I got from my classics.

Great casual shoe.
I’ve owned many a Sanuk, dating back to their first offerings a decade+ ago. I think these have been the most supportive by far. But that has everything to do with the sole of the shoe/sandal. These have a much thicker sole, and therefore support and cushion better. Still, you buy Sanuks not for their support, but for their relaxed look & feel. Not good for folks with very flat feet, it doesn’t offer THAT much support. True-to-size for me, but I’m a true size 10. Great kick around shoe, but if you’re going to be walking or on your feet all day, might want to consider something else. Having said that, I love Sanuk, these won’t be my last pair.

Concave footbed that curves up at the sides in a weird way
I wanted to like these.I've had the original Vagabonds for many years. The rubber sole has mostly come off, so it's replacement time.I presume that the Tripper soles would stay together better, and I like that the sole doesn't stick out from the sides as it does on the original Vagabonds. The problem is that there's a weird upward curve at the sides of the footbed, noticeable mostly where the shoe is widest, so that the sides of my outer foot bones and toes are forced upwards, to sit higher than the rest of my foot, and it's uncomfortable. I have pretty wide feet but I've never experience this on any other shoe, and Sanuks of all shoes should be accomodating for wide feet. I'm not going to assume that these will get better with age, when all of the shoes I like feel good right from the first wear.I've started the return process. I'm going to try the Rounders model. Maybe Sanuk got that one right.

Just okay...
These are like more of a 3.5*... They aren't as comfortable to start with as other Sanuk's, even the upper is a bit more stiff than expected. I can't speak to the longevity of them yet, which is one of the primary reasons to buy the rubber soled ones... Wouldn't re-buy, but don't think I'd go back to their other shoes either since I only seem to get about a year out of them.
