Latest update on 16-JULY-2024:Attached pictures of the so-called replacement "New unit" that I got today in courier from the company. I got this after at least 20 phone calls with the customer service. This company should be ashamed of themselves for treating their customers like this.-------------------------------------------------------------Updated after 11 months of purchase:I have this unit for the past 10 months and used it probably 10 times. My sandwich maker went non-functional all of a sudden last month. I called up Agaro customer service, and the local support team said, they cannot service the unit and I will get a new unit. I am following up every few days on the same, and now they say, the unit is out-of-stock and hence not dispatched yet. Their customer service is at its worst now and they answer irresponsibly. I am not even sure if I will ever get a new "working" replacement unit or come next month, I will be out of warranty and they close my ticket and my money in the trash. Potential buyers of Agaro products, please note that their after sales support is WORST.I own few other Agaro products - Pressure washer, stand mixer and an OTG. I hope and pray that they all work well for some more time and I don't have to deal with their customer service.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Below was my initial review when I bought this sandwich maker.Awesome sandwich makerI already own Agaro products and hence the confidence to buy this sandwich maker from Agaro. Made sandwiches couple of times and they came out very good. Temperature and timer control are good. Breeze to handle and cleanup is also super easy. Yet to make use of it for grilling fish and kebabs, hence cannot comment now on 180 degrees of the grill plates usage. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing a panini maker.

I recently purchased a sandwich maker from Agaro, but unfortunately, the time knob was missing and not working upon arrival. I requested a replacement, but the second unit also had a missing knob, prompting an immediate return. Today, when I attempted to use the sandwich maker for the first time, there was no heat, rendering it completely non-functional. I have initiated a return request, as this experience has been a waste of both time and money.My dissatisfaction extends to Agaro's customer service, which has been incredibly frustrating. The customer care number provided seemed of no use; after making numerous calls, they rarely answered, and when they did, they often disconnected the call while I was trying to explain my concerns.I strongly urge others not to purchase products from Agaro, as my experience indicates a lack of quality control and customer support, making their products an unreliable investment.

Not getting any option to return or replace, not even to talk to customer support services

One the most horrible companies to buy product from. I bought this product in September2023. They sent me faulty product for which I raised a complain. They got.back to me in November and sent me a replacement in December. Another faulty item sent. Again we raised a complain and shared videos of the product not working. They sent me one more product. This time completely broken in two pieces. In the name of replacement they have been sending faulty pieces back again to me. its been seven months they have sent me three broken products till now. No refund yet given. The customer care executives says they dont give refund.Never ever buying anything from this company again.
