Sulfate-free Hair Shampoo with Shea Butter & READY-TO-USE African Chebe Powder for Hair Growth 8.45 fl oz

I loved the conditioner more the shampoo was a little too thick and the chebe powder sinks to the bottom but was you take a few minutes trying hard to shake it up... it works well. I love my 4C hair after.

I liked the creamy texture and cleaning properties.

My shipment came completely destroyed. The product had leaked out everywhere. Very sad because i love the products from this brand a lot and I was excited to try the shampoo. Everything else I have gotten has been bubblewrapped but this was just thrown in a bubblemailer and clearly was damaged.

My box that the product came in was not in the best condition at all. The box was opened at the top and bottom; in fact, the bottom of the box was broken. As far as the product itself, the top came with a plastic covering around it; however, whenever I unscrewed the lid, I noticed it didn't have a seal. To me, that's odd, but moving onto the overall smell of the African shea butter shampoo, it smells amazing. Like, seriously, the smell is so pleasant; I definitely wouldn't mind an oil that smells like this shampoo. I've yet to use it, but the packaging states that this shampoo will help with the hair growth of both men and women. It states that you can see noticeable results after the third use. This shampoo prevents hair breakage, gives softer, shiner hair, and most importantly, strengthens the hair. Now I took a picture of the label that says that the bottle needs to be put upside-down for 10 minutes before use, so that's very important to keep in mind.This product is 100% natural, so for those who only like or use organic things, this definitely isn't a bad shampoo due to being organic. I'm no stranger to shea butter as a body butter, and using it in my hair does leave the skin feeling soft and smooth, so I think it's pretty cool that this product is a shea butter shampoo. I look forward to seeing just how well this shampoo can do, especially after three uses. All in all, if you're struggling with dull hair, breakage, or dry hair, this shampoo will help restore what's lost. It's a 4 out of 5 for me; hopefully this helps Amazon folks!

This is a very nice shampoo. It lathers up well, and it left me with very soft hair. The scent is light but pleasant. It contains shea butter, and according to the list of ingredients which they only show in French, it has Chebe powder, enriched Chebe essence, shea butter, cloves, olive oil and several other natural nourishment and essential oils. The shampoo is expensive, but I do like the ingredients, and I like the results in my hair. The Chebe powder is concentrated on the bottom of the bottle, so they suggest to place the bottle upside down for 10 minutes before use. For first time use, I suggest 30 minutes, to get the Chebe powder well-distributed throughout. It also says that you should leave it in your hair for 5 to 7 minutes to get the full benefits. I find that massaging it through my hair for about 5 minutes does that very well.

This shampoo has a very lovely "soapy+perfumy" fragrance. After using this, hair feels clean, but not dried out. This shampoo lathers very easily and I typically use a scalp massage brush to spread it out all over my scalp and then I let it sit for about five or so minutes. I can confirm that it softens the hair and adds a mellow sort of sheen to the hair. I can't speak to its ability to reduce breakage, at least not just yet. The chebe granules do settle, and you have to turn the shampoo bottle upside down for about 10 minutes before you use it. The manufacturers are not very clear as to the exact ingredients (besides the chebe and the shea butter) that go into this. They insist that all the ingredients are natural however, but we have no choice but to take them at their word on that.Bottom-line: this one is a keeper and works as a daily, or almost daily shampoo.
