I didn't know it until I've researched it but beef tripe is full of vitamins and minerals. Also proteins, and it's fat free. So a great alternative snack option for my gorgeous pooch. My dog goes mad for it. The bits in the bag are varied size. My dog is med size (22kg) so he can devour the large and smaller ones. I try not to give him too many of these (normally 1, max 2 per day) as I use them as treats and I don't reduce his normal feed allowance. I would definitely recommend this over the rubbish filled dog treats you can get from a supermarket and such.

I've bought these about 6 times in the past and they have usually been good but my dog won't eat half of the last purchase - he just sniffs at them and turns away. Also some of them are really big and hard.

The smell is awful even the delivery guys commented, but the second my dogs smell them they are so excited, as they love them. I use them as a bedtime treat to clean their teeth, the dogs really look forward to them and won't go to bed without their treat.

I was wary of buying these due to some recent reviews that stated these arrived in a poor state (moldy) or mainly small/broken pieces. However, I did notice that 'Quickvet' had updated their sales advice note to: "NEW ! supplied as 8 x 500g for maximum hygiene" so took the chance.The delivery was received 2 days after ordering (currently no prime option with this seller but 2 days is fast), upon opening I was pleasantly surprised, there were 8 x 500g bags as promised and all tripe sticks were cut to an even and consistent size (around 4-5") and in perfect condition - no sign of mold or any other issues. I've uploaded some of pictures showing the product as received.All our dogs love tripe sticks, unfortunately our large Ridgeback tends to wolf these down in seconds so he only gets one or two as a daily treat, our Chihuahua's on the other hand sit there chewing on them for hours until the ends are soft then they eat them.I'd happily recommend these sticks as purchased from Quickvet, the price for 4kg is also very good for the product received.One word of caution for those looking to buy any form of tripe (fresh or dried) for the first time; the product has a very strong smell (completely natural as this is dried cow's stomach after all) and the odour is not particularly pleasant. So if possible try to feed these sticks outside in the garden or buy a strong air freshener!

Nit so strong smell, amazing package. It looks for me they try their best to fix quality of everything from last reviews.If they keep up I will for sure order again.I was very impressed with the product and how they packaged it so it will last longer. Thank You guys amazing job!

Delivered before date set and was not disappointed by the tripe sticks. Largest I’ve seen. Very good value for money. Will be buying again. My dogs love them and they’re the perfect size so I don’t have to give them more than one at any time.
