I’ve only used the gooseneck so far. I was surprised at how well this worked for my kayak trip. It is easy to adjust yet holds in place most of the time. If you bend it too far, the little balls can snap apart, but you just pop them back together like a kids toy. The limitation is weight: attaching a juice box (power pack) below my gopro was too much. It would start to bend to one side. It may do fine with a smaller power pack as the juice box is huge and heavy. I’m sorry I don’t have a photo of the kayak set up, but you can see it set up on a motor boat. The clamp is without a doubt super strong and reliably sturdy. It is best for attaching to something close to 3/4 of an inch in diameter or wider. I could only use the plastic buckle to one of the hatch straps to mount it to on my kayak. It was only a half inch thick. To keep the clamp from slipping around if I bumped the boat, I wrapped a bungy cord around the base above the clamp, which was perfect. I must have used this a dozen times in a week, attaching it and removing it, bending it every which way, and it never slipped. I only popped it apart once when I stretched it past its limits. It wasn’t a problem to pop it back in place without any degradation. I added a quick release mount for the camera attachment.

Great item for filming use. Strong clamp so shouldn’t have to worry about it slipping, also had rubber strap in clamp to secure for non slip.

This is one of the best gooseneck camera stands I've ever used. You put it in position and it stays. This is my second one though, my first one (from a different brand, but built exactly the same) broke from being dropped a couple of times. So as versatile as they are, they're not super sturdy. They do get the job done though, whether you're using an action camera or your phone. Definitely recommend, just be careful not to drop it.

Excellent clamp but the twisting body is not suitable for fast movers such as motorcycles; bents by Wi d easily :(

This product exceeded my expectations. It has a heavy duty clamp for flat surfaces and a flexible cuff for round surfaces. It is heavy duty in every sense of the word. Included in the kit was a GoPro to 1/4-20 mount for use on a conventional tripod. A great tool for mounting your GoPro virtually anywhere.

Eh...very difficult to squeeze, even with both hands. My husband is very strong and had issues, I was using both hands which is counter productive, and I felt bones pop! The neck is tight, the clamp seems very durable but the opening isn't deep enough for me to feel I can put the weight of an action camera on it, it kind of wants to roll toward the weight - there are not teeth inside to grip, just a rubber type thing. Also mine was missing the little screw attachment at the top, possibly had been a return and it got left out. Sorry, but returning it.

I bought this item a few years ago for my GoPro 11. I have not used it regularly, but I have used it some locally and on vacations. It has worked as it should from day one. I also used it when scuba diving 3 times, and it has shown no saltwater damage (i dunked it in fresh water after diving).If it gets broken, I will buy another.
