Ive been searching for a mattress that didn’t hurt my back shortly after buying it for years now. I think I went through seven or eight, I really lost count. I tried innerspring mattresses that I went and tried in the store, I tried hybrid beds on line, no luck. This bed is by far the best I’ve had, I don’t have back pain anymore, I sleep like a baby, I got the medium, although I am a stomach sleeper and firm probably would’ve been slightly better. But I still can’t complain, I can sleep on my stomach with no issue. I’m so thankful, I could just hug the seller! Serta is definitely a good choice for a quality bed. I’ll send in an update later to attest to the durability, but I’ve had it about two months now and I’m really happy!

Only had this mattress for a month now, but wow it’s amazing. It’s even more amazing if you are a stomach sleeper. I have had back pain with my prior mattress for about a year now. Since having this mattress my back pain is completely gone.

The mattress is not bad but there are loose threads all over the top and the sides are sort of squished down. I decided to return it.

I received the mattress in late May 2024 and at first was very pleased with it. But less than three months later, it has sunk in noticeably where I sleep. To be fair, the description provided by Serta does say that rotating the mattress is recommended, but I didn't expect this to happen to such a degree so quickly because it is placed on a firm foundation. Sending it back is too much trouble, so I will rotate it - not an easy chore because it is a heavy mattress. Would not buy this again.

This mattress is extremely comfortable.

We purchased the King mattress - medium. The matress is comfortable but there is a strong chemical smell. The smell is slowly fading but I have had to wash the mattress cover numerous times and change the sheets often. if I had known this I would not have purchased it.
