I researched magnesium products and found this one to be a complete supplement with good bioavailability. The capsule is a little large, but you only take one a day; other supplements require 2-4 a day. I sleep better, have less joint pain, and feel much less anxious. I will continue to order this product.

Good product and good price, I got it cause it has all the different types of magnesium in it. Each one on its own is expensive. They are easy to swallow, no harsh taste, I recommend it, I like that it is made in the USA.

I started taking magnesium once I learned that the majority of Americans do not receive enough magnesium from their diets alone. I like this magnesium because of the small pill and easy absorption. I take one of these each night. If I don't, I notice a huge difference in my sleep and regularity. By taking one at night, I feel relaxed and although it doesn't make me go to sleep, it helps me stay asleep. In the morning, I'm ready to "go" (if you know what I mean. 😂) and it's nice to count on that level of regularity. Great purchase. Best magnesium I ever tried. I'm a generally healthy man in my early fifties. Also a working engineer, so I have reason to notice how my brain's working day to day. I tested this threonate on myself while shopping for something to help my mom with her memory. I had vivid dreams the first couple nights, no other side effects since then. I haven't noticed a huge difference in my own health, but it does seem like I've been waking up noticeably more energized and rested starting the day after I first took them and continuing to now.
