Me and my husband purchased this to hopefully help with back pain and hip pain. When it arrived, we were so skeptical because we thought we only received half of the adjustable base in one extremely large box. The entire queen size adjustable base was in one box.We were both worried that it would take hours to put together, but in fact, after taking it out of the box and adding the legs, it took less than 30 minutes. We tested everything out before we put our mattress on and everything exceeded our expectations. The massage modes are so incredible and so much more powerful than what we actually thought. It is extremely comfortable and we both got the best sleep of our life last night. If you are looking for an adjustable base without paying $7000 this is the one. It comes with so many incredible features along with charging ports on both sides and it is extremely sturdy, easy to put together. We cannot recommend this product enough. We ordered it and within two days it was delivered, we were shocked. If you were looking for something that will not only elevate your sleep, but also make you feel refreshed and help relieve pain. This is it!!!!!!

We have only had this installed for less than a week but its does everything claimed, has quiet motors, vibration motors are as quiet as you can expect, has a sturdy steel frame, and was easy to put together. The solid platform works better for the organic latex mattress than the wood slats. There's a clear difference in the support from the mattress with the solid platform. One of the reasons we picked this frame is the adjustable legs so we can pick the height based on the height of the mattress and topper. Plus the placement of the legs allows it to fit within the queen-sized frame after removing the wood slats. No complaints at this point because we have been sleeping well on the new platform.

This TamiTami T600 adjustable bed frame is amazing and has some great features that are very useful for my partner and I. First of all the bed frame is quite heavy and it helps to have a helper when setting it up. It comes packaged well, folded in half with all parts and accessories inside the bed frame. Setup is very simple, you just unfold the bed frame, screw in the 6 legs, flip it over (use a helper), add the mattress guards, install your mattress of choice (highly recommend a memory foam mattress), plug it in and start using. The features that I like are the led underneath lighting which is useful to help you spot the edges of the bed when your room is pitch black, the 4 USB ports are very useful for my partner and I since both of us have phones and devices that we like to charge at night. The USB ports are even backlit making them easy to spot at night, the foot and head massage vibration is nice and you can adjust the intensity for your preference. These photos I've added were taken before we received our mattress, once our mattress arrived it fit like a glove and the side retainers work very well. My partner and I love this bed frame, with it's wide range of adjustability we can get comfortable to sleep in positions we like. I feel like I have gotten better sleep since we have been using this frame. I would highly recommend this adjustable bed frame.Excellent customer service on top of that - I had a question about using the remote and sent an email to TamiTami. They replied the very next day with clear instructions on how to use my remote. They even followed up to make sure everything was working as it should, that is great customer service!

Anyone over 55 should try elevating your head and upper body for sleep, this does wonders for acid reflux, snoring and other impediments to a good night’s sleep. I bought a Sleep Number system for our main room several years back and it helped me a lot, but cost on sale was still over $6000. This TamiTami platform has a remote control making it easy to elevate head and/or foot end of the bed. Sturdy and very easy to assemble. I bought a king twin XL which ships as two XLTwin frames, each arriving in a flat box. Heavy with steel construction but easy to unbox and install. I bought foam mattresses that work perfectly with these on Costco. I’m about to buy the queen frame for a converted garage setup.

The base arrived without the mattress retainer brackets installed. TAMISERVICE responded promptly to my complaint and I had the parts within 5 days! Great service!When I first operated the base some of the functions didn't operate fully and I could hear clicking noises coming from the controller. I unplugged the actuator cables from the controller and plugged them back in. This apparently reset some soft limits in the controller. Everything works smooth and quiet now! I didn't contact customer service; I'm an engineer and was able to resolve the issue without help. It might have just been loose connectors. Most others would probably be frustrated. Plus, I'm not sure how well the corrective action would translate from Chinese?!This is the first time I've used and adjustable base. I have the T600 in the Twin XL size, with the massage function. In the flat position the massage can cause a little rattling noise. If you add a little lift to the head and foot, this takes up the free play in the lift mechanisms and stops the rattling noise. Not a big deal!Also, I have a 14-inch thick mattress. Raising and lowering the head (with or without the feet) tends to shift my body toward the foot of the bed. This is probably a function of mattress thickness and not a design issue. A thinner mattress would be less likely to do this.Overall I've been very pleased with this purchase! The build quality looks very sturdy. The operation is very quiet and smooth. The remote is backlit, which is a must! The massage has several modes to try and you can set a timer.

Absolutely five stars. Works great and is definitely well made. Payed a bit more for the upgraded one and certainly glad I did. Goes great with my new mattress. Would highly recommend.
