Pretty good but beans somewhat muttled. 2022 Harvest Crop
Beans not particularly even in color and size. No description as to how processed at farm: washed versus dry / honey process. Not bad but not exactly a favorite stand alone. Using SR800 air roaster to 435 F @ 14 min watching color, temps, and time to City (medium brown) roast. Good foil backed & sealed bag.Better when blended: 1 X Ethiopia + 1 X Columbia + 2 X Costa Rica or Guatamala at similar roast levels.
