I got these because they went with my daughter's glow theme. The table cloth and plates were fine but the banner was not bright. It was like the burst of colors were faded into the black. They were almost see through with the black background. Still worked fine for the birthday but was disappointed.

I bought these for my 8 year olds glow in the dark party. She really liked everything. The paper plates were probably some of the thinnest i have ever bought, but this did come with everything we needed so it worked.
