This channel knife works perfectly and surprised me a great deal. I had typical low expectations when dealing with Chinese junk brands but it was cheap and wasn't about to pay 5-6 times the price for a name brand item which was made in the same junk factory.However, it is well built, sturdy, knife is sharp enough to work well while dull enough to not take a v-channel out of your hand at the end of a carrot. Good compromise.

Has to be the finest dark mahogany wood I’ve ever seen on a handle. And in which they were able to cut such a precise edge on this particular tool is next to godly. This tool is multi dimensional and quick on its own. Always keep your twister kistered it keep the wood nice and help it stay sharp.

Sharp blade, good angle for peeling. Wood handle could be finished better.

Great product, I use it for bartending.

I got this to skin lemons for lemoncello. It's probably great for drink peels but cuts too deep into the rind for lemoncello. The oxo ended up being my best option.

This works well to get a nice citrus ribbon for my cocktails. It’s sharp enough out of the box - will be interesting to sharpen it when the time comes.
