Works great
Measured him using a piece of string, he was in between sizes so I decided to go one bigger. It fits him fine but I wouldn’t let him off lead with it on as he would still be able to get to things through the sides, he can open his mouth enough to pant but would need this taking off to drink. He was previously walked on a figure of 8 lead/head collar so he has taken to using this pretty quickly. His first walk using it was a run down the street and back again so he didn’t have time to stop and try to take it off. He has scratched the end along the pavement (sniffing!) and as it’s a solid plastic it’s holding strong, it’s flexible around the sides though. I am hoping to use this short term only, he has been scavenging for food items during walks and due to the length of the grass where we walk it is hard to tell if he is just sniffing or eating something he shouldn’t be. He has a very strong leave it but for food, I don’t know he’s eating it until it’s gone. So I use this to keep him safe. It’s taken him about a week to realise he can still have his sniffy walks but he is used to it now. Definitely worth the money for peace of mind (until the autumn at least anyway!)

Check the sizing - 10 is quite big
The product itself seems fine. It is quite stiff and sturdy - good if you have an aggressive dog. I am not sure my dog will take to it but I only need it for trips to the vet as, after a bad experience, he now gets a bit anxious going there. Do check the sizing though. I have a medium sized (26kg) Vizla. I measured the dog according to the instructions and so bought size 10. It was way too big and I have ended up returning it and buying a size 8 which is a better fit. What is not apparent is that the anti-scavenge bit adds an extra 2 cm in length. If scavenging is not an issue, you do not need this part in and you can have a smaller size. If it is too loose around the jaw then he can knock it off with his paw. Being slightly shorter is also handy if you want to be able to feed your dog treats through the mask.

Works great
Fits nice and comfortable on my whippet cross Belgium Malinois. It feels like good quality material and the strap is very adjustable to fits his little narrow head which is great and also very lightweight so not heavy on him. I have had to order two as my other dog got ahold of the first one and chewed it. But both experiences ordering were great and had no issues. Thanks.

Good quality and easy to use for short periods
My dog does not like muzzles and equally does not like the vet . This is the second one of these I have bought . have a long nosed staffie and bought the size 7 . It’s easy to put on , fine for what I need which is short vet visits but does not have the pant room that you would need for longer use .

Great Product, but Delivery issues
The Product itself is excellent, and I would thoroughly recommend :-)However, I may have missed it, but This Item was dispatched via UPS, but originated in Spain !Tracking immediately reported an issue causing delay, and it eventually got underway, making really slow progress through Spain, and then France, and then eventually to the UK.The expected Delivery Date was actually correct, being today ? But I have become used to an extended date being given by Sellers, so that the usual Speedy Delivery encourages a Good Review :-)Furthermore, On arrival, the end of the box, was hanging on by the very edge of the packing tape, with a gaping gap on it's corner ?Conclusion ? Great Product, Poor Seller :-(

Easy for large dogs to remove with paws
This muzzle works wonderfully for the dog to be able to drink/pant etc. It fits well and seems to be comfortable. The only problem is due to the thickness of the plastic, a large breed is able to get their paws into the plastic and use their considerable strength to push it off their snout. In a nervous or vicious dog this could be disastrous. Overall a great muzzle, just not right for my mastiff or rottweiler.

The best of the bunch
As much as I dislike muzzles I felt we needed to get one for our German Shepherd when visiting the vets. We can train her to wear it without the last minute struggle trying to fit one from the vets who insist on her wearing one when examined. This seems like the best of the bunch for a dog with a long snout. It also has a ‘gate’ that you can open at the end if you need to. It’s open enough for the dog to breathe, drink and feed treats to when training. Yet it provides good protection when necessary. My criticisms are that it could do with an additional strap to fix it along the top of the head and the strap around the neck does seem a bit flimsy. Ok for our girl but some determined dogs may slip out of it!🤷♀️Also the padding that runs over the inside at the top to stop it rubbing the nose could be a little more comfortable. It seems like an afterthought.

Great product.
The smallest size worked great on my 9 lb Yorkie. I only wish it was in black.

This is my third
I have a very small mouthed Jack Russell and use these for racing. She definitely didn’t fit the size 2 or 3 as she could barely open her mouth to pant. This size she can open just a little, enough to pant on a hot day when racing (which she lives for).

the answer to dog scavenging
This anti-scavenging muzzle has worked very well to protect my dog who eats everything outside. I took time and used cream cheese inside the muzzle to acclimate my dog to the idea of wearing it. There is no strap the goes up the nose area, but that has been a plus and the muzzle stays in place very well. Now my dog can push up and loosen the extra piece that fits in the front of the muzzle to double up protection, because she keeps licking at the treat, so I have stopped putting the treat in now that she is used to it.I highly recommend this muzzle and wish it had a quicker shipping time, but it was worth the wait. Lifesaving muzzle for some dogs who refuse to stop eating rocks, sticks, wild cherries, etc.
