Icera C-6200.01 Riose OP Toilet, White

We purchased 2 Icera ICE-C-6200.1 Riose 1 piece Toilets. The toilet seats snap into a fitting on the toilet and are removable. Neither seat was stable or secure. They felt unsafe to us. The seats slid back and forth. Our contractor and plumber checked the installation of the seats and determined the problem was in the design. We observed the same problem of a moving toilet seat w a friend’s Icera toilet. The vendor and Icera management were unresponsive to our concerns. We replaced the seats w ones that bolted on. We do not recommend these toilets.

As another reviewer mentioned, the seats are all over the place. Regardless of how much you tighten them they slip and slide. Complete design flaw which I suspect is a result of the quick release mechanism. Otherwise the toilet itself is great and I’ve had no issues.I have 4 of them in a new construction home and will be replacing them with standard bolt down seats in the immediate future.

We have an Icera and have not had any trouble with the seat or anything else.
