The first order I received from this company was wonderful. I then ordered another two sided name tag and it was only printed on one side. Waited forever to get to use on Crochet hats and other items and can’t use them because the lettering is upside down! I tried to contact the company with NO results and I wanted them replaced double printed, and now no returns? Give me a Break!! If this isn’t resolved, I’ll never order again! Why should I be penalized for your mistake???
